When scheduling, we do require a non-refundable deposit. This is done before your scheduled appointment. A minimum deposit of $150 is required and can be paid via Venmo, PayPal or Cash.

We do not schedule appointments without a deposit. 

Most consulting will be done through phone calls, texts, email or zoom calls.

We have a zero tolerance policy for cancellations of any kind. If you arrive 15 minutes or later after your scheduled appointment or not at all, the deposit and your scheduled time are forfeited. If you would like to schedule another appointment, you must pay another deposit. 

We are by-appointment only, unless otherwise specified. 

Appointments are first come, first serve. You will receive a confirmation of an appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment has not been scheduled. 

No one can use your deposit but you.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your session, payable with cash only. We do not accept PayPal or Venmo for remaining balances. *BTK Ink does have an ATM on-site.
